In desperate shape and devoid of character, our studio stepped in for a near gut renovation. We jumped right in, tearing out decades of cheap rental renos and repairs and re-infusing period perfect architecture and contemporary flavor. 5 spectacular Tudor arch additions, 8 grueling months, and umpteen vintage sourcing trips later, the The Tower Tudor was too good for the owner to let go.
